TBCC MAY 2023 GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

May 9th, Tuesday, 2023 Tampa Bay Coin Club meeting

7:00pm Pres. Al O. started off the meeting

Attendance : 42

Pledge of Allegiance

3 new members Brian, Mark, and John

2 members collected their surprise birthday coins

Pres. Al O.spoke on the past TBCC show in April and gave out thanks and
appreciations to all who attended and assisted there. The show was a success. Our next
show will be on Nov.11 at the Sons of Italy Hall. Members were also asked about 
having a club T shirt made for them. The members responded well to the idea. The
average price would probably be around $15.

Joe C. showed the sketch of the next proposed 2023 TBCC medallion to the
members , which received approval. We are now down to 8 – 10 Roosevelt medallions.

A sign up sheet was passed around for those who want to take a bus to the next
F.U.N. Convention in July with $20 being the requested fee. West Hernando CC
is offering transportation to F.U.N on July 13, Thursday for a fee of $20.

Next Coincopia show will be July 1st

A member passed around a note that resembled a $5 bill around to the members.
The bill was collected by a cashier at a Publix in Springhill, Fl.

Auction ended followed by the Silver Coin raffle with a mix of Peace dollars
